Yes! You can upload up to 8 files in a single batch and convert them all to the same audio format in one go. Just drag and drop multiple files onto the upload area, or hold Ctrl / ⌘ while selecting files.

Yes. In addition to uploading from your device, you can:

Yes. Your files are uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection, processed in an isolated environment on our secure servers, and then automatically deleted. We do not inspect, read, share, or sell any content from files you upload.

Both the uploaded video and the converted audio are deleted automatically from our servers within approximately 1 hour of the conversion completing. Once deleted they cannot be recovered.

We recommend downloading your converted file immediately after it becomes available.

No. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the service. We collect only anonymous, aggregate usage statistics and we never sell data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. All pages on this site are served over HTTPS (TLS encryption), so your uploads, downloads, and all other data are encrypted in transit between your device and our servers.

We aim to preserve the highest possible audio quality. For lossless output formats (WAV, FLAC) quality is as good as the original audio track allows. For lossy formats (MP3, AAC), we use high-quality defaults to minimise any audible difference.

The audio quality is ultimately limited by the source video's original audio track — if the video has a low-bitrate audio stream, the extracted audio will reflect that.

Yes. After selecting your output format, look for the Options panel to adjust:

• Bitrate — from 6 kbps to 320 kbps
• Sample rate — from 8 kHz to 96 kHz
• Channels — mono or stereo
• Trim — set a start and end time to extract just part of the audio

A failed conversion can happen if the source video is corrupted, encrypted, or in an unexpected variant of its format. Try these steps:

• Check that the video plays correctly on your device
• Make sure the file isn't DRM-protected
• Try a different audio output format
• Re-upload and try again (temporary server issues occasionally occur)
